The ESOLUTION IKE, (hereinafter the “Company”) that created the website www.esolutionpro.gr (hereinafter the “website”) provides its services under the following terms. The visitor / user of the website are requested to read carefully the following terms and proceed to visit / use the pages / services of the website, only if he accepts them completely. This Agreement is governed by the provisions of Greek Law, the Rules and Directives of European law and the relevant international provisions, construed in accordance with the rules of good faith, business ethics and the economic and social purpose of rights. If any provision is deemed contrary to law and therefore void or voidable, shall automatically lapse, without in any way affect the validity of other conditions. No modification of the terms hereof shall not be taken into account and be a part of it, unless expressed in writing and incorporated in it. Competent courts for any disputes arising from this contract are the courts of Athens.

Distance selling
The transactions made are governed by the Law on Consumer Protection (N. 2251/1994) which regulates matters concerning remote sales.
